Care Instructions
C&C Chocolates are handmade in small batches and do not contain preservatives or stabilizers. They should be consumed within 10 days of arrival for optimal flavor and texture. The flavors may change depending on the availability and freshness.
Shipping
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. This is to prevent chocolates in transit over the weekend and to minimize their time en route to ensure freshness. The date chosen at checkout is the day your package leaves our facility. Tracking information will be shared as soon as the order is dispatched. If you are shipping to a warm weather destination, we may hold your packaging for the following Monday. We use FedEx for shipping so we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes & APO addresses.

Valentine's Day, 2024, there is a wreck on the interstate, we have dinner reservations at The Oceanaire, we aren't going to make it in time. We call The Oceanaire and they are able to reserve our table for just enough time for us to get there; we call Cacao & Cardamon and we tell them that we won't make it in time, it'll be after business hours. The young lady on the phone goes above and beyond by saying, "I am so sorry to hear that, if you still want to come by we should still be here preparing for the next day." And she was! I knocked on the door, showed the order through the glass and THAT is how excellent Customer Service and Customer Obsession saved Valentine's Day 2024. <3

It didn’t have much chocolate in this box as I had expected. More confectionery than chocolate. Somewhat of a disappointment since the name implies “cacao.”
