Because we work with seasonal ingredients and craft everything by hand, slight variations in flavor or appearance may occur. Our bars, mendiants, and dragées have a shelf life of about 4 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. Please keep all chocolates away from heat, sunlight, and strong odors.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. This is to prevent chocolates in transit over the weekend and to minimize their time en route to ensure freshness. The date chosen at checkout is the day your package leaves our facility. Tracking information will be shared as soon as the order is dispatched. If you are shipping to a warm weather destination, we may hold your packaging for the following Monday. We use FedEx for shipping so we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes & APO addresses.

Tastes absolutely wonderful
Definitely one of my favorites!
This was our first time trying Cacao and Cardamom and we’re now hooked! The bar tastes so fresh and rich. I love how each section allows you to experience a new flavor twist.

We love this flavor. All of your bars are great, but this is our favorite. My 11 yo daughter is obsessed! Just wish your shipping fee wasn't $14. To be honest, that's the only thing about your company that I don't think is necessary.
I got three bars in this order, but was particularly intrigued by the Ruby one. It is everything you could want and more! The freeze dried berries give a powerful punch of flavor while still having a sort of freshness to it, and the creamy chocolate is the perfect vessel for it. Never had anything like it! Will definitely be getting more - it’s amazing!!
The Ruby Raspberry is delicious! I love all things raspberry with chocolate, and I'm enjoying trying new Ruby Chocolate too. Combining both in this bar is quite the treat. I like the different sections of this bar, and that the Ivoire pearls have their own section. I received several of these for Valentines Day from my Fiance, and he enjoys this bar too.

This is crazy to say, but the ruby raspberry bar is the BEST chocolate bar i've ever eaten. The balance of the tart freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries is the perfect balance to the ruby chocolate, and the white chocolate crisp balls added a textural contrast. Pure flavor nirvana.

This is by far my FAVORITE bar EVER! The raspberries and ruby chocolate are a perfect blend of sweet and tart. Again the dried berries and white chocolate pearls add the texture making this bar AWESOME!

The bar has a lovely raspberry flavor and had freeze dried raspberries in it. It also has nice snap to it when you break in apart , a snap that most store bought bars don’t have. Have cacao and cardamon thought of making a mango bar with lime zest.
